Teaching Artist
Joseph Dixon serves as a teaching artist for various non-profit organizations, conducting engaging workshops and educational programs that foster creativity and artistic expression among students and community members.
Currently Dixon serves as a teaching artist for non-profit art organizations that include Katy ArtReach, Young Audiences of Houston, along with providing services as arts instructor for Avondale House, working to implement a fine arts program that provides interventional music and visual art projects designed for neurodivergent students that support the growth of communication and social skills, encourages fine and gross motor development and life skill improvements.
